With the HM System, a modern Hotel Management & Booking Platform is being developed specifically for small and medium-sized hotels. The goal is to provide hotel operators with a central solution that connects website, bookings, room management, guest processes and internal workflows in one system instead of relying on many separate tools.

An important part of the system is the guest portal: hotel guests receive their own protected website access, where they can view their booking, submit complaints or requests, book additional services such as breakfast, transfers, tours or special services, and access important information about the hotel and its surroundings. Optionally, a hotel-specific AI chat can be integrated there to answer guest questions in multiple languages and forward requests to reception or the support system when needed.
